Facility Operations Assistant 2 (Seasonal)

The employee will be required to supervise other Wildlife Management Staff and plan out work plans and jobs. Will be required to plan materials needed and purchase proper amounts for the specific job. Will be required to operate medium to heavy equipment. Will be required to operate a chain saw, pole saw, lawn mower, weed trimmer and other equipment of similar types. Must have working knowledge of and the ability to use the methods, materials, tools and equipment used in the trade or trades in which assigned. May not be assigned the same job location each day, should expect to be assigned anywhere in the working circle during work days. Will be required to perform moderated to heavy labor, read plans, specifications, manuals and blueprints, understand and carry out written and oral directions, climb ladders and work at heights on scaffolds and platforms, and work outdoors in extreme conditions.

Salary Range: From $17.28 to $17.28 Hourly
Minimum Qualification
Must have one year of practical experience in performing general construction or maintenance tasks. Two or more years of experience is preferred. Must have and maintain a valid Class A CDL, with proper endorsements.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
