00 per hour, plus monthly monetary performance bonus We are looking for a Front Desk Agent who will create memorable moments for our guests, welcoming them to Beautiful Saranac Lake.
This position is highly visible and involves greeting our guests, checking them in and out, making reservations, handling cash, and having knowledge of the facility and area to guide and direct our guests throughout the stay.
Front Office Team members ensure the guest experience is Excellent and bids guests farewell as they leave.
Minimum Requirements:
Capable of working in a fast-paced work environment.
Availability to work varied shifts, according to the needs of the hotel.
This includes weekends, evenings and holidays.
