Assistant Test Center Supervisor

The Civil Service Assistant Test Center Supervisor aids the Test Center Supervisor in managing and overseeing test administration at a test site. The duties of the Assistant Test Center Supervisor will include:
o Understanding and complying with all examination guidelines. o Assisting the Test Center Supervisor with facility and room set-up. o Providing assistance to test site staff and candidates. o Ensuring that candidates are provided with appropriate instructions, answer sheets, and associated test materials, as well as a conducive test environment. o Assisting the Test Center Supervisor with the receipt, distribution, and return of test material in a secure manner. o Travel will be required throughout the School Districts.
Job Function

Salary Range:
From $19 to $19 Hourly
Minimum Qualification
Possession of a High School Diploma or GED. o Two years of customer service work experience and one year of supervisory experience. o Ability to work with a diverse population in a calm and courteous manner under stressful conditions.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
